Preschool Parade

Today my kids got to participate in the Preschool Parade that The Well puts on. Each child between ages 2 and kindergarten get to bring a vehicle of their choice to decorate and ride in the parade. They could bring their bikes, trikes or scooters.

Once we got there, we registered, then we got to decorate the vehicles. Justus brought his scooter and Haven her trike.

They also had where you could make a license plate for your vehicle, you could make a hat of your choosing (Haven of course picked a Princess crown) and they also had face painting.

Justus loved playing in the bounce house and both kids love the play area.

Then it was on to the big RACE!

Trikes went first so Haven went first. She was so cute out their peddling so hard.

Scooters went next so it was Justus turn. He raced so fast. He came in second but we were told after the fact that the boy who beat him was 6 ;) It was a close race tho and Justus had fun.

Then we cheered for those racing on bikes.
Next it was parade time where we all kept reinforcing that it was time to go slow. All the kids did great!

Fun times at the Parade!

What a wonderful idea!! Who doesn't love a parade! And they got to decorate their own "wheels" for it. That was great!!! Love you!!
